Types Of LSX Series Sand Washing Machine

A&C LSX series sand washing machine, also called LSX screw sand washing machine. This sand washer can be divided into two types according to the number of spiral. There are one-spiral ones and two-spiral ones. Both feeding sizes of these two types are no more than 10mm, while the capacity and water consumption per hour of the two-spiral ones are larger than the one-spiral ones.

Working Principle

A&C LSX Series Sand Washing Machine adopts inclination of 15°. There is a sediment pool formed by three weir plates under the water tub. The head of the screw merge in the sediment pool. The motor drives the crew circumrotation through the reducer. Water is fed into the sediment pool via the under porous plate. Sand flows into the washing launder from the feeding launder, rolling by the force of the crew, and grinds each other. The impurity covering the sand is washed away and the vapor layer is damaged in order to dewatering. At the same time, a strong water flow will be formed by adding more water, and the flow will take the impurity and some low-weight wastes away. Then the washed sand will be discharged out.
